REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Since our products are handmade and often customized, returns are limited:

 

No returns/refunds for customized or personalized products.

 

Exchanges are allowed only in case of damage or defect during delivery.

 

Customers must share unboxing video/photo proof within 24 hours of delivery.

 

If eligible, we will offer a replacement or credit note (no monetary refunds).

 

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural in handmade items and are not considered defects.
